Regrets aren't always bad

Did you ever say to yourself, 'Maybe I should've done it like this or maybe things would be different if I'd done it like that'?
You're not the only one.

Regrets can be a road to realize what you've accomplished and where are you going. Maybe you're done with the job you've had for the past x amount of years. Maybe, you want to try something new or start a new career path,
it's up to you. You are in charge, you lead the way.
A regret can be the best episode that you feel.
It can serve as a turning leaf and change for the best.
10. When you wake up in the morning, take 5 seconds to yourself without
placing your feet on the floor.

9. Always stretch upwards and reach high, bring arms out to the side and relax.

8. Bring yourself to understand why you're going to further your   abilities  today.

7. Start by your morning ritual. Make it somethings pure and real.

6. Collect your thoughts and determine how to target your goal for the day.

5. Stay focused.

4. As the day goes by, be kind to yourself and others.

3. Take deep breaths and center your wish.

2. Cross out all the negatives that come your way by not ignoring them.

1. At the end of the day, take another 5 minutes to yourself;
review your day even if it wasn't all that you expected,
think of how you will make it bettter tomorrow and smile
 to yourself.
